Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
Use with Vietnamese summer rolls. Makes about 1 cup.
- 2 1/2 Tbs Honey
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 Tbs lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 Tbs fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp chilli-garlic sauce or 1/2 tsp minced fresh chilli pepper
- Mix water and honey until honey is disolved.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Add more chilli sauce or fish sauce if desired.
